TRX Suspension Trainer

TRX® Suspension TrainingWhat is Suspension Training?

Born in the U.S. Navy SEALS, TRX Suspension Training® bodyweight exercise is a revolutionary method of functional training. Using a TRX Suspension Trainer™ and your own bodyweight, you can perform hundreds of different exercises and control the intensity by adjusting body position and angle.

Why the TRX® Suspension Training?

TRX Suspension Training® allows for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. Traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time and TRX Training forces you to use normal coordinated muscle effort, used to complete most everyday activities. Plus TRX Training is fun and different and we promise you won’t be bored.

Most exercises require you to be standing.  Why is important you ask? Most Americans lead a sedentary lifestyle (sitting or even standing in one place for long periods of time).  We spend too much time sitting at a desk, on a computer or in front of a television.

It’s great for all levels of fitness from sedentary beginner to advanced athlete.  You just adjust your body and the straps for how easy or hard you want to make the exercises.

It’s all core all the time!  What does this mean?  TRX® requires you constantly keep you’re core muscles engaged and stable.  Having stable, strong core (abs & Low back) muscles is one of the most important factors in having a healthy body.

“Make your body your machine” it’s the company mantra for a reason.  Most gym equipment is out dated, ineffective and it’s a waste of time.  A 30 minute TRX® workout would burn more calories than a 1 hour gym workout and train your entire body.  Your own body weight replaces the ineffective gym equipment.
